The double room was modern. It included a hairdryer and a shower. Free tea and coffee were available in the lobby. The reception was friendly.

modern space great location safe feeling easy access
i appreciate this accommodation as a solo traveller it feels secure i have returned for a second visit and would gladly do so again it presents clean modern spaces for the cost. the location is great and walking back alone i feel safe. breakfast offers sufficient options to start the day right it is easy to reach the metro and about 20 minutes to the eurostar.
the room was quite small and the walls seemed thin i occasionally heard noise from other rooms it was not a major problem but noticeable at times

The hotel's location was great, I found many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always trying to accommodate my requests. The WiFi worked very well. I could easily connect and browse. The room was very clean. The housekeeping service did a good job.
My room had cracked floors and a cracked shower tray. I could hear the drains dripping and flushing all night from the shower plug. I had to close the bathroom door.

The hotel had an elevator, and I found it useful to reach my floor. The internet connection was fast, I could easily work from my room. The television offered basic channels.

Breakfast offered a self-service setup with both sweet and savory options. I served myself and needed to refill water in the coffee machine. The restaurant had tourist traps but also nice restaurants around the corner.

I found the staff very helpful with directions. The area is great and close to many attractions. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and juice. The location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

The location is unbeatable with the metro so close by. The staff were amazingly helpful. Michael at reception gave excellent local tips. I appreciated the Olympics-related swag, highlighting the attentiveness. Basic amenities and great service.
My room was a bit noisy, but I understand the hotel can't control everything.

The location was central. It provided easy access to train stations. The beds were comfortable. The provided duvets were nice.
The rooms felt painfully small. It was hard to move around with more than one person. I found hair on the bathroom floor. There were gobs of hair.
